When do i give a 60 Day notice to Vacate?
I have 2 tenants who are living together as roommates. their leases are separate and they come due at the end of July. I have no problem with "Tenant A" but "Tenant B" is a headache. Tenant B is a slob and my other tenant complains about him quite a bit - and i totally understand why. I had then confronted Tenant B and he makes excuses and lies about the situation. I want to give him a 60-day notice, but can i still give it to him mid-month while he is still on a lease?
This is my first property and my first dispute so i don't know if I am overthinking but, I don't want to get sued or anything
