Creating a lease for Spanish speaking
Hello so I have a single family home that I have done a rehab on and the area is heavily populated with Spanish speaking families and I am not fluent in Spanish and my question is “do I have to supply a Spanish lease?” I am thinking I might be able to have prospective renters find someone to help translate the application and lease agreement and hit the main agreements but it’s proving to be a little difficult and I’m not sure if I have to supply a Spanish lease agreement. If I do need to have one in Spanish is there a company or place that someone knows of that can assist me with this. And maybe having an acknowledgment of understanding form written up would be a good idea Thanks
