Anyone care to comment on how helpful a business plan is to a new income property investor in the eyes of a lender.

A well written business plan will be somewhat helpful with lenders. However, the real benefit is to you. Knowing what your goals are and exactly how you intend to meet them is ...priceless!

Thank you Mike. I couldn't agree more. The benefit to me is priceless. I am about 75% done my plan for multi-family residential income properties.
