Remote property management?
Need some suggestions. So I am under contact on a 6 unit apartment. To make things short, the plan was always to just hire property management and move on to find the next deal. We’ll I’ve found that nearly every property manager in the area has the luxury of picking the higher end properties to manage, so they keep passing on my potential property. I live 5 hours away… suggestions?
Ben, where are you located, I can possibly refer you

I'd be concerned if several PMC's have passed on managing it.
What Class is the building & neighborhood?
I help my clients rent out their properties, maybe your realtor can do the same for you!
