Small Bathroom Suggestions

Saulo Tijerino
Posted May 10 2022, 22:12

I am adding a bathroom in my rental unit and I was hoping to get suggestions of what type

Standing Shower:

Floor:

Toilet:

Sink:

This will be a rental so I am more focused on maximizing my value. I know it needs to be quality enough

to withstand the wear and tear of tenants over the years, but I am aiming for the cheapest option with the highest quality.

Brands and prices would be very helpful.

Thank you.

@Saulo Tijerino, I can give you a couple general suggestions.

If the bathroom is a squarish shape, look at a neo-angle shower. The door opens to the center of the room, this allows you to have a larger shower and still have the layout of the bathroom work well. I have no brand suggestions, but here is an example: https://www.lowes.com/pd/MAAX-...

For a sink in a small bathroom, I tend to use a Euro style sink. They don't stick as far out from the wall and have rounded edges so you don't bump your hip in a small bathroom. Here is an example: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Style...
