I’m a big fan of Home 365 home365.co A lot of my clients use them because they have a standard management fee which is only 7% and then they offer a full service management where they guarantee rent, cover vacancy, and even cover repairs up to a cap (15k last time I checked). That management fee comes to 22% but a lot of my clients find it worth it for the hassle free returns.
