Rent-by-the-room Legal Assistance

Hey everyone! I currently do rent-by-the-room (RBR) in Austin, Tx and am scaling quite rapidly. Since RBR can be a bit more nuanced than traditional rentals I want to ensure that all of my Ts are crossed when it comes to fair housing, lease terms, and other legal matters. I'm on the hunt for a rockstar Texas landlord Attorney with some experience in the RBR space. If you are one or could recommend one, feel free to get in touch!
