Daniel, you have a PRO membership. Go to TOOLS at the top of your screen and look for the Lease Agreement Packages. Written by investors on Biggerpockets and attorney approved for your state. I've reviewed hundreds of contracts and these are better than most of what's out there.

We work with clients to draft custom lease forms. There's no easy way to edit a lease for your investor needs as well as the unique needs of the property type.

The PRO form is fine, but its still quite general IMO.

Property managers usually have some pretty bullet proof ones. They don’t let you use them unless you’re subscribed to them. Can send you a sample if you’d like
