self managing landlord

When your tenants ask you to fill out some forms or documents, and you have to send them to different department, or different organizations, do you charge any fee to your tenants?

I'd appreciate your feedback very much.

@Ann Choe I don’t charge for things like that. I feel like the small things set me apart above other landlords.

No...  Honestly, why would you unless you are really penny pinching...  Do they charge you to fill out your forms?  Just the way I look at it...  is it somehow ridiculously excessive?  I'm not even sure what or why you have so many forms to fill out for your tenants.

Thank you so much for your replies. Since I have 50 tenants, and lately I've been getting more and more of these requests, it's been taking good portion of our times. Thanks again for your feedback.

We do not self manage but the PM’s we use do not charge additional for stuff like that.

Typically you are filling it out to get paid.   Do what you have to do to get your $$$.
