Handyman and cleaning service

Hi folks, I'm starting to build a portfolio in the Indy SoBro area. I was hoping to look for a handyman and a cleaning service person I can work with long term. What is the best way of finding such person? Any recommendations?

Google, other local investors, meetups and experience. You wont find the perfect fit on day one, so dont be afraid to filter through the weeds until you find the one you are looking for.

The best way to find a cleaning service person imo, is to ask a contractor for a recommendation. I have had bad luck with cleaning companies I have found off the internet.
