Raise Rent in City of Los Angeles

BP Fam,

Am I able to raise rent on my tenants in the city of Los Angeles? Property manager is saying no due to city moratorium.

Ask the property manager to provide more information on the city moratorium (websites links). In addition to that you should research your local laws and regulations to learn more.
