How much damage/flooding happened in Mariner area in Cape Coral?

Hi, Doug -

It's kind of a house-by-house situation. Some houses took on serious wind damage and flooding but some look in great condition. The areas that were most prone to flooding were the properties located on a saltwater canal.

You can get a feel for how badly an individual property was affected through the updated descriptions on the MLS.

I live here in the Cape. There wasn't any flooding in the Mariner area. The SW and SE Cape had the most wind damage and had the highest recorded wind speeds. The NW and NE had less damage but the houses still got hit.
