Giving Tenant Notice.

I have a tenant currently living in my house for about 18 months, 1 Year lease did expire. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have to move into that house. Now I have to ask them to leave, do I have to give them a 30-day or 60-day notice? Tenant has paid his rent on time every month, super low maintenance -

@Alex Daredia the law requires a 60 day notice when the tenant has been living there more than one year.
