tips for eviction in Louisiana

I have been an investor for a little over a year. I have never had to evict anyone to this point, but one tenant is getting later and later with payments over the past few months.  I don't see how this can continue without him missing a month completely. I want to be prepared if I indeed have to file for eviction and was hoping to get a little advice on any nuance any of you have encountered.
