Lease Advice for RV Pad
Hi! This is my first post. I'm setting up a Mobile Home pad in South Carolina that I will be using as an RV pad till I can purchase another MH.
I have never rented out just a pad for a MH or an RV, are there things I should look out for when setting up a lease for this?
Are they fairly close to a standard house lease where I could just modify it, or do I need something very tailored to this?
