Yes, I have done about 500 deals out there never once using an inspector nor do my clients. All you need is someone from your team to walk it for you

Please do not misunderstand, some will want them as it makes them feel warm and fuzzy, and of course if they are doing a refi or using a loan, they will require them. But for the most part I do not need an inspector for my business
