How to report tenant to Credit Bureaus
Hello we had our first bad tenant who broke the lease. And didn’t pay the early termination plus utilities
I would like to report him to the credit bureaus. Can someone give advice on how to do this so he won’t do this to anyone else.

Take them to court, get a judgment, and send them to a collection agency that reports them to the credit bureaus.
Odds are very good that you'll never see a dime.
