We have multiple mobile home parks and other commercial properties (warehouse/flex office, mixed use, specialty - daycare etc) across IL, IN, GA, MI, NJ, DE, PA.  Looking for an agent who can help placing an umbrella policy for general liability etc.

@Arjav Parikh Commercial Umbrellas are traditionally written as an add on to the main insurance program. Are you stating your current broker can not locate an Umbrella policy?

I am trying to optimize how my insurance coverage.

As we were acquiring, each property was insured differently.

Now looking for a portfolio level umbrella insurance.  Currently properties are insured with local agents who aren't able to offer umbrella coverage that includes properties in multiple states.

Arjaw,

You will probably need a large Independent Agent. with many markets (insurance companies).  They will need detailed info on the properties and the underlying Insurance.  They may need to be licensed in all those states.

There are companies that will do stand alone Umbrella policies but often, there is a high Minimum premium.   If you have difficulty finding an agent, PM me.  I can find out which companies we would use to insure this situation.  Knowing the company may help track down an agent.
