Best credit bureau rent reporting service for landlords with <10 units

Hi, I'm trying to find a credit bureau rent reporting service.  Has anyone had any good/bad experiences I can learn from?  Thanks!  Ben

I use smart move and have been happy with it. They offer a range of services from just a basic credit check, to a more advanced income check and criminal history search.

Hi Ben,
Some property management platforms offer rent reporting if you process payments through the service.  Are you interested in collecting payments online with the reporting included or just rent reporting without online payment processing?  Thanks.

@Benjamin Hill We use Smartmove and I definitely recommend their tenant screening. They're integrated with our property management software, Innago, so that makes it pretty easy for us to screen our tenants. Plus, it's free for landlords and tenants have to pay for the screening service.

I guess I could go either way.  If you (or others) have had a great experience with a platform that both takes the payments and reports to the bureaus, I'd be good with that.  I'm just not looking to pass charges onto the tenants.  Thanks

I don’t think so. I generally let tenants know that if they want it, there are services they can pay for, where they put the data in, and then I get sent an email just confirming the data is accurate.

Don't believe you will find a service that cooperate with you reporting tenant payments with under 10 units.

Morning!  I have used Credit Rent Boost... they offer their service to all sizes of landlords.  I have 8 units.. they report every month.. Plus they did some collection reporting for me and my past tenant actually paid!  Highly recommend them!
