I'd go to a local meetup and ask around there. That's typically where I get my best referrals. Community Facebook groups are good resources too.
Number of units and how tough is the neighborhood might help your search.
Far Rock away is a rather tough area I believe, but I mean how tough is the immediate area, say on a 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst.
