Why hiring a professional PM company is key!
I had a landlord/owner that signed up sight unseen coming from a local competitor. Said the home was "rent ready & good to go for a new tenant!" Found this guy in a closet along with a gaping hole in the ceiling! They wondered why it has been OTM for 90+ days! O_o
