Letters to Tenants

I will be closing in a few weeks on my first Investment Property. I have 10 Units and would like to send a generic letter introducing me as the new owner and in addition to that I need to set up a time to have them all resign the leases under my company name. Does any one know when is the proper time to send this kind of letter?
