Quicken for Mac Real Estate

Reid Briglia
Posted

My wife and I have 4 long-term rental units and looking for a better way to manage/track expenses/income. We have a Mac and wanted to use Quicken for personal/rental finances. The Mac version is not as robust for Real Estate as the Windows from what I hear. Are there any videos or demonstrations I could watch on how to set each property up to track on a Mac? Assume there is a way to categorize it, track individual expenses, then have cash-flow reports for income/expense come tax season.

Thanks!

Reid

Do not use a program for your computer when you can use an online rental manager for nothing. Apartments dot com or Azibo are the go-to options for my landlords. It will do all you want and more and you can export for taxes. You can also collect rent inside of these, direct from their bank account.

Hey thanks for sending this. I agree. I tried apartments.com but was a little clunky for me. Trying out Innago right now and happy with it so far.
