Short Term Rental
I've been reading about short term rentals and seems interesting to me. I have a questions for anyone who has done this or has experience in this niche. First how do you deal with tenants do you screen them like a regular long term, even though I believe that defeats the purpose of short term. How do you deal with non paying tenants? An eviction can really turn this upside down. I see to many risk factors here does anyone have any inputs on this I would love to hear them.
