Newbie looking examples of background check costs and online payment costs

Hello,

First time on the forum so appreciate any help! I have partnered with a new company that can offer background checks as well as online payment solutions for real estate professionals. My question is what kind of costs are most property mgrs seeing and what are you actually looking for in background?

Most of the searches are basic criminal with a credit score but some look for other data. If anyone is willing to say here is what I use, what fields I look for and the cost that would be very helpful..
