Disclosure to New Tenant of Existing Tenant Registered Sex Offender
My question is do I have to disclose to new applicants or tenants that a current tenant is a registered sex offender?
After speaking with the current landlord, he has said that this tenant has been there for several years and is 80% disabled. The tenant has been registered as a sex offender for 30 years.
What type of disclosure needs to be made if any?
