Anyone know of a free rent reporting tool for credit bureau?
Good morning all,
I have a past tenant (just moved out) that paid on time without trouble. She had a parent co-sign for her on the lease, and he has asked if I would be willing to submit her payment history to one or more credit bureaus so that she can start building her credit history more. Does anyone know of a free tool that I can use to report her past payments? I'm only aware of one or two of them, but they had to have been signed up with that credit bureau's rent collection service (i.e. Experian), or you have to pay a one-time fee of $95.
I seem to remember other landlords discussing some free ones on here but I can't find the posts or remember when they were. Anyone? Thanks :)
