Rent Payment

Hey everyone,

 I'm trying to determine the best way to have my tenants pay rent. The property is about 25 minutes from my house and I don’t want to go there to collect rent. I was thinking of having my tenants deposit their rent directly into my checking account. As far as I know all they need is my account number to make deposits. I recently finished Brandon's book on managing rentals and he doesn’t mention this method. I’m not sure why. Does anyone do it this way? Any reason to be concerned?
