Is this a good price to roof a house with ribbed steel?
My rental is two story and most of the roof is 12/12 pitch and it is 30 sq.
half of the roof has two layers of shingles and cedar shakes the other half is one layer. 20 sq will get new osb and the whole roof will get ice and water and underlayment. He will put ribbed steel roof with screws that show.
Is $12750 a good price in michigan
