Baltimore City code for outside step (egress) height??
A mason was discussing repair work to the front brick steps of my rental and told me that Baltimore City recently changed the code for egress step height. Mine are 8.5" and he said they are too high. Also mentioned if I wanted to sell it might be problem from an inspection. searching BC code is not an easy task at times. anyone familiar with egress code?
