Important contacts for landlords
Hi everyone,
Very happy to be here. I'm a new landlord (by choice) having
just bought a fourplex in Idaho. I apologize if this questions been asked before. If thats the case I'd be grateful for any helpful links.
What are the most important professionals I should keep in contact with for apartment maintenance?
E.g. handyman, plumber, roofer
Anyone else?
And what kind of payment agreement to have with these guys? Fixed contract or pay by hour? Do they respond quickly for emergencies. I'm not that handy, but I can learn and dont mind cleaning up after tenants.
