Selling Rental Omaha NE with tenant in place, tenant laws.
Getting ready to sell a property we own in Omaha NE. We currently have a tenant renting the property however she has not signed a lease this year. We want to sell the property for max value and may have to remove the tenant to do so. Is any one familiar with landlord tenant laws in Omaha? We definetly want to remove her in the correct manner if needed.
