Property Management: Tree Falls on my fence from a Neighbors Yard
Anyone know how to handle a tree that fell near or on the property line from the neighbors yard? Am I responsible for clearing the part that fell on my side of the fence? My insurance deductible is higher than the cost to remove ($650) and repair the fence ($150). I'm not sure if it's actually on my property. The fence may not be within property lines. I've never had a survey done.
