we just bought our first investment property as a rental. It is in Shawnee KS. We contacted a couple of painting companies and they don’t work on investment properties “because they don’t make us any money”
We need to paint the inside and outside of the house. Any leads that you may have?

is it a single family home.. just act like it's your own.. they don't need to know what your using it for.. say it's a flip.. or your fixing up to sell..
Check craigslist for painters and get references. go to a good paint supply store.. not big box, and ask who does painting they might have a good source for you.

A flip is an investment too right? The painters just want to charge an arm and a leg from the layperson. In an investment property they don’t want to negotiate on the price. First time I’ve heard of this!
