Hello Friends, I have a rental property in Big Bear CA and searching for ways to generate more online interest. The Property is hosted on VRBO, Homeaway and other sites. Can anyone recommend any marketing content they used to generate more online interest resulting in a higher occupancy rate.

The first thing you can do as take a look at how your properties are listed in those OTA channels. I would recommend logging out and doing a search as a user, this will help you determine how and why your listings show up. Also, do competitor research to understand which competitors are showing up. Take a look at their listing and see if there is content your listing is missing. You can also look at creating a small website to obtain direct bookings. With this website, you can also create a Google maps listing, Yelp listing, Facebook listing. These will all help drive traffic to your website instead of crowded OTA listings.
