I am looking for a property management company that will service San Jacinto CA. I currently have a Triplex but am not getting the best communication from the PM company I am currently using. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I recommend Formatic Property Management of Riverside. Matt Tandy runs the company and they have pretty good pricing. I hope this isn't the company you currently use.

Awesome I will give them a call to see what they can offer. I know some companies are hesitant to go all the way out to San Jacinto / Hemet area.

Hi Nathan, I know this is an old post, but I'm currently looking for a PM company as I start out my investment journey in the IE. Did you find one that you'd recommend?

I ended up with Stonemark located in San Jacinto. Still not the best communication but they collect rent every month and do not do frivolous repairs.
