Separate LLC for each property?
Hello!
New to investing so bear with the questions.
I have heard of some investors creating separate LLC’s for each rental property they acquire.
Is this to help in the accounting etc or is it a means of liability protection?
Ex. Tenant in property A sues you and your LLC, if they are separate then property B, C, D, etc then they are not potentially affected?
Make sense?
