Fair Housing vs Dissabled friendly property.

I have been researching fair housing and am a little uncertain about some of the rules. Figured I would better get answers before they become actual concerns for me.

If I own a property that has disabled friendly features built in. (Like a ramp, or a doorbell that flashes the lights), is it OK to put that in the add? "This property has a nice wide ramp for your wheelchair" etc...
