I am considering starting a 3rd Party commercial/residential property management company in the MD/DC Area. The team that I have assembled has a combined 50+ years of commercial/residential real estate experience. Our experience varies, and includes, the mangement of trophy office buildings in downtown DC, medical office condos, suburban office parks, residential homes, etc. We have a licensed broker, a Certified Property Manager (CPM), and a LEED AP. Our experience allows us to provide high quality, professional property management with a focus on customizing our approach to meet the needs of the owner. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we should approach growing our business?
