Market feasibility in Midwest for multi family complex
I’m looking into building a smaller multi family apartment complex and I’d like to do a market feasibility analysis to verify which surrounding city might be the best option to build in. I’m in Central-Southern Illinois. Any suggestions who can provide this information/analysis?
