Property Management Contract Template?
I've opened up a property management company to manage the properties that I own (with my team of investors). Although we have a good business relationship, I want to protect myself and make it formal by creating an agreement so that the terms are clear. Specifically, I will be charging for tenant placement and a monthly management fee. I also want to include clauses that protect me as the property manager. Can someone please share a template they use? Or, if you use a property manager, one that you've signed with your property manager? Thank you!
