Commercial lease in WI
Good evening all! I just recently purchased a 5 unit building with a commercial space in WI. We renovated the commercial space and are about to get a tenant in. We have verbally gone over all terms with the tenant and agreed to a price and all other terms. Does anyone have a good lease they would recommend for the state of WI? It’s very straightforward, as the space is an 800 square foot store front with a bathroom and the tenants are not building anything out. It’s a shoe repair store so it will only have a few machines and some shelves. Any help would be great, as commercial is new to me. Thanks in advance all!
