Rolling Over For 12 Months Lease
I was talking to a Real Estate Attorney that own 300 units, he mentioned to me that all his leases have a 12 month rollover. so once the 12 month lease expires it is automatically rolling over for 12 months with option to review rents.
I would like to see a 4 weeks grace period before it looks in.
Dose anyone been using these strategy and have a clause to share?
