Tenant goes to jail and leave dog
Just had a tenant go to jail and left a inside dog. Can I move him out and what do I do with the dog. He rents by the week but it look like he will be in jail for a couple of months. What are the laws on removing a dog? Also what do you do with the tenant personal items?
