I live in Ohio, considering investing in a SFH or two in Bay St. Louis. Anybody have insight and/or experience with hurricane insurance (cost, coverage, etc...)? Also, does anybody have experience with property management companies in the Bay St. Louis area? Any recommendations?

Hey @Caleb Fledderjohann it depends on the area for the flood insurance. Contrary to popular belief,  it all areas on the MS Coast require flood insurance. 

I personally live only a few hundred feet from the Gulf of Mexico and I’m not required to carry flood.
