How Many Clauses Do You Have Your Tenant Sign in the Lease?
In another thread (https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/52/topics/707296-what-does-your-lease-say-about-modifications-to-the-property) I asked what your lease says about modifications.
@Cassi Justiz responded "My lease says no alterations or additions without written consent of the landlord and we have the tenant sign off on this section."
When I was a tenant, I never read my lease, and broke all of them unknowingly.
