Can't get a hold of property manager...

Hi,

I'm asking this on behalf of an acquaintance who owns the property: what can be done if the PM doesn't respond to calls and emails.  The owner wants to sell his property but he can't get in touch with the PM to offer viewings of the property. Additionally, he hasn't received rent for two months.  He's an out-of-country investor.  The PM company has a very weak website and a defunct number listed.  Thanks for any insight. Mike
