After listening to a podcast about how Ashley Hamilton got started I am fired up and ready to get started. I found it very interesting that she found some of her properties at tax lien auctions. After doing research in my area I found that auctions has risk because creditors and IRS liens take precedence. So I am probably not gonna go that route in my market.
