I wanted to talk to property managers who operate in Baltimore city. I’m currently looking at rental properties in 21206, 21214, 21218, 21224 zip codes and i would like to rent it out for $1500/month. I wanted to know if this was a realistic expectation to have given the areas I’m looking at. Im also aware that things can fluctuate in Baltimore from block to block.

Check out https://www.narpm.org/.  Or call the property managers in that area and start chatting to get an idea of rent prices.  Rentometer can be helpful as well.  Good luck!

For those areas the price isn’t bad. The house would need to be on the modern side in most cases though
