Where to buy Appliances for your rental in Pittsburgh ?

Any suggestions on where to acquire appliances for rental properties in and around the Pittsburgh area?

I know of the Sears Outlet, Lowe’s / Hope Depot display models etc. Curious if there are any sources beyond those to get a deal on either lightly used or scratch and dent appliances.

Thanks

Jason

Hi Jason,

I'd recommend Appliance Warehouse on the south side.  They have a range of just scratch & dent, to gently used, and down to pretty well used appliances.  If you are filling more than one apartment, their prices are somewhat negotiable too.  Good luck!
